In this photo series, the female photographer has captured meaningful and emotional images of people with the animals they love in a very unique way. Not only stopping at the playful, playful or healthy photos of animals, she also came up with a very new idea when capturing the moments when they are about to leave this world, saying goodbye to the owner they have been attached to for a long time.

Among the photo shoots, the one that impressed the female photographer the most was the story of Kristin, who had bone cancer, and her pet dog. Sarah recounted, “ Kristin was diagnosed with bone cancer, so her mother wanted to do the “Joy Session” photo shoot as a gift for her. A week later, we started the photo shoot. Although she was very weak, she was extremely excited and happy when I arrived. Her mother even had to hold her so she wouldn’t run around too much. The entire photo shoot was done under a tree in front of the house on a September evening. The next morning, I was shocked to hear that Kristin had passed away. I couldn’t believe it. It was even more heartbreaking when Kristin’s lovely dog also passed away 12 hours later. If we had waited a little longer, it would have been too late. Really, we can’t predict anything. ”

After these photos were taken, some guests came back very early to get their precious photos back. However, there were also people who dared to come back much later to get them back in memory of their deceased pets.

The photos were taken just a short time before they were gone forever.

Therefore, the photo is a mixture of emotions of love, regret and lingering attachment.

“For many people, their pets mean everything to them and I wanted to help them capture that special moment during this difficult time when they are about to part with a loved one. The photos bring back happy memories that their pets bring to their lives,” said the photographer.
