– Works from all over the world are currently participating in this year’s Fun Wildlife photo contest and there have been some strong candidates.
The contest, initiated by two photographers Paul Joynson-Hicks and Tom Sullam, has entered its 6th season, attracting photography enthusiasts and those interested in the world of wild animals.
The competition is sponsored by the Born Free Foundation and aims to promote the conservation of wildlife and their habitats, through humorous, light-hearted images and a positive message.
The winner’s prize is a “ticket” to a safari in the Maasai Mara in Kenya as well as a camera, software and camera bag.
Among the judges are TV presenter Kate Humble and comedian Hugh Dennis as well as a number of wildlife photography experts.
