“The cancellation has left me with a new sense of dread and immense guilt because so many people were planning to come to these shows,” she shared.
However, Taylor also stressed that her priority was to complete the European tour safely, and she was truly relieved to have done so.
The singer also thanked her Swifties – her fans – for “loving and uniting” with each other.
Besides, Taylor also expressed gratitude to the authorities for promptly detecting and preventing the above terrorist plot.
Earlier, police in Vienna said they had arrested three suspects in connection with the threat.
According to the head of Austria’s domestic intelligence service (DSN) Omar Haijawi-Pirchner, the main suspect is a 19-year-old Austrian of North Macedonian origin, who confessed to “intending to carry out an attack with explosives and a knife” at a Taylor Swift concert.
